Here's the note that we sent to Dr Morse:

Dear Dr Morse,
We wanted to write to express our sincere and deepest gratitude to you for all that you have done for our new family.
Since we first met you we have both felt completely confident that we were being given the best care possible. You made our journey through pregnancy an easy and enjoyable one - despite our neurotic tendencies!
Thank you so very much for looking after us so well and for bringing our precious baby boy safely into the world.
We look forward to many years of health and happiness with you as our doctor and our friend.
