Memorial Day Weekend with the Baileys

This past Memorial Day Weekend (May Day Bank Holiday) The Tuohy family packed up 2 dogs, 1 baby, 2 suitcases, a couple guns, a cooler and two big adults into our teeny tiny Toyota Prius (sorry, forgot to take a picture!) and joined Max, Amber and Baby Noah Bailey on a road trip to Brian's parent's cabin in Crouch, Idaho.

The main purpose of the trip was for Max and Brian to go Turkey hunting, but it also gave Amber and I an excuse to go shopping in the Big City (Boise, about a 40 min drive from Crouch). We had a great time until the Prius' battery decided to die and we were stranded with 2 screaming newborns in a baking hot car park (thank GOD for AAA). Overall though, the shopping trip was far more successful than the hunting trip (the turkeys lived to gobble another day!)

The 6 of us had a lovely time hanging out in Crouch, eating at the Longhorn Restaurant, going for walks and playing Scene IT (a movie trivia board game at which I TOTALLY ROCKED!!). Noah and Owen hung out a lot too, just chatting and comparing diapers...
