I see a full 8 hours in my future

Owen spent his first full night in his nursery last night - yippee!

Since he was born he has slept in a bassinet by our bed, over the last week or so we've been trying to put him down to sleep in his crib, bringing him into our room after he wakes up the first time. He had a couple nights where he went 4 or so hours before waking up and crying, but generally it wasn't longer than a couple hours. But last night he went to bed at 9:30, and then didn't wake up until 2:30 (which is pretty good for him), and the real excitement was that, instead of bringing him into our room I stayed with him in his nursery for a while and got him back to sleep, which is how he stayed until about 6 am. Success!

So now we have officially retired the bassinet from our room and converted it into a play-yard for him in the living room.

Here's to me finally returning to some semblance of normal sleep :)

Here I am hanging out in my crib.

And in my new play-yard surrounded by my favorite toys.
