Our dream home

We love to daydream about fabulous new homes we could live in (and there are plenty around here). One of our favorite spots is a place called Griffin Ranch, just south of town, situated at the base of the mountains with lots of space and lots of wildlife. But of course, we could never afford to move there - that is until this house came on the market at just $475,000, which is a steal when houses here usually go for around $800,000. It's a lovely house, brand new, 2,200 sq ft, plus a huge basement, lots of bedrooms and on an acre of land. However, the chances of selling our house are so slim right now that we figure there's no real point in even trying - but hey, we can dream!
