For my first big night out solo (Brian was in Denver and lovely Becky looked after Owen) I went to the wedding of my friends
Sarah Lyle and Zach Latham. It was a beautiful wedding held at
Galena Lodge and the adjoining Senate Meadows. The bride arrived in a horse drawn wagon to the ceremony, which was conducted in the middle of a meadow with the beautiful Boulder Mountains as a backdrop. She looked amazing, but my favorite part was her footwear - cowboy boots - fabulous!
I had a lovely time at the wedding, did some dancing, ate some good food, hung out with a pair of identical twins. Sadly I had to duck out at around 9pm for the hour drive home as, by then I'd been away from Owen for 7 hours, and while I missed him obviously, I could've stayed and partied longer, but my boobs on the other hand could not!

The fabulous centerpieces were grown from scratch and still growing!
What a great idea.

Wow! When you blog, you really do blog. So much to comment on! Congrats on your orchids. That is such a sentimental gift and such irony that it happened to bloom now. Your green thumb is growing!
So glad you made it to the wedding and sorry to have missed Brian! We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to catch up after all these summer events.
